Dollars <br />per month; that hereinafter all fines or assessments collected <br />by the Corporation Judge shall be paid to the City of LaPorte <br />Texas and that the Corporation Uudge shall have no interest <br />in or claim to such fines or assessments ~hatsoever. <br /> <br />There being an emergency requiring that this ordin- <br />ance be passed finally on the date of its introduction, the <br />Mayor having,in writing declared the existence of such emergency, <br />andtr.equested such passage, this ordinance shall be passe~d <br />finally on' the date of its introduction this J ~l day of Ct.'
