Seotion 3: The rates, deposit fees and oharges herein fixed shall 'take effeot and be in foroe on and after the date this ordinance is passed, approved, and published aooording to law. Seotion 4: Any person, firm, oorporation, or reoeiver.amd any agent or employee of a,person, firm, oorporation or reoeiver violating any provision of this ordinance shall be fined not less than Ten Dollars ($10.00) nor more than One Hundred Dollars ($lOO.OO). Any person, firm, oorporation, or reoeiver and any agent or employee of a person, firm, oorporation or receiver, du~y authorized to furnish or sell' natural gas within the City Limits of the said City ot La Porte, Texas, who fails or refuses to furnish or sell natural gas to any domestio consumer, as herein designated, who has oomplied with the, provisions of this ordinanoe shall be fined not less than Ten Dollars ($10.00) nor more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00). Eaoh day of suoh failure '\ or refusal shall oonstitute a separate offense and be punishable therefor. Seotion 5: All ordinanoes or parts of ordinanoes heretofore passed'and granted whioh are in oonflict herewith are hereby amended ...
