<br />Seotion 2. Before any lioense required by this Ordinanoe shall be

<br />issu~d the annual license fee of Two and 50/100 ($2,50) Dollars shall be, paid to
<br />
<br />'~he City Seoretary of the City of La Porte for the use and benefit of the General
<br />
<br />.j Fund of said City. All lioenses issued under the terms of this Ordinanoe shall
<br />
<br />term:ina.te one year trom the date ot issuanoe and no license shall be issued for a
<br />
