e e -2- (h) The annual permit fee tor a Wine and Beer Retailer's penni-t shall be the : sum of Fifteen Dollars (,16.00). Eaoh Wine and Beer Retailer's permit shall au~horize the holder thereof -to a180 sell beer oontaining not more than tour per cen-tum (4%) of aloohol by wight without need of sepa.ra-te lioense.
