D. 1937, each and <br /> <br />every Consumer and prospective Consumer shall complete and execute a re~lar Water <br /> <br />Servicl3 Application and Contract with the City, the form and provisions of which <br /> <br />shall be prescribed bY' the City Council. Upon the failure or refusal of any such <br /> <br />Consumer or prospective Consumer to oomplete and execut.e such an Applioation and <br /> <br />Contra(~t the City shall refuse suoh water service and, in casas where water is be.. <br /> <br />ing furnished, the City shall disoontinue, by al~ of the methods provided in Section <br /> <br />4 of this Ordinance, the water service to any such Conswner so failing or refusing. <br /> <br />Section 6. - All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances heretofore passed whioh <br /> <br />"'.- <br /> <br />) <br /> <br />are in oonflict here~~th are hereby expressly repealed.
