<br />The Oity Eleotrical Inspeotor of' the City of La Porte shall have, and
<br />is hereby given, the powers and duties of speoial polioeman while in the aotual
<br />disoharge of h~1S of'fi,.oial duties; and shall: be authorized to wear a badge as '
<br />speoial polio-.n; 'provided, however, that before being permitted to wear such
<br />badge the said lCity Eleotrioal Inspector shall apply to the City Counoil for
<br />such badge, and: shall make a.nd have tl.pproved the bond required of' all polioe
<br />. offioers of the! City of' La Porte and said bond shall be pa.id for by the City of'
<br />f La Porte. : '

<br />SECTION 13 - PEm4ITS. No wiring, poles.. duoi:: lines, guy anchors,
<br />apparatus, devices, appliances, fixtures Or equipnent for the transmission, dis-
<br />tribution or uti1lization of electrioal energy for any purpose shall be installed
