That all Ordinances and resolutions and p.B.rts <br />of Ordinances and/or resolutions heretotore passed, which are in <br />conflict herewith, are hereby repealed by this Ordinance. <br />Section 8. That if any section or part of a section, or <br />lone or more sections ot this Ordinance be declared to be invalili <br />I such shall not affect the validity of the remaining parts hereo,f. <br />Section 9. That the City Secretary and the Clty Mars:hal <br />shall be allowed ten (10) working days vacation in each calendar <br />year, with compensation. The periods of such vacations shall be <br />fixed by the City Council. <br />That the compensations provided for by this Ordinance <br />shall not be paid either of such officersW'hen he is absent frOl'ft <br />his duties on account of illness, or any other cause, for more than <br />twenty (20) worldng days during any calendar year, provided that <br />such officer may apply his ten (lO) days vacation against any ab- <br /> <br />,- <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />e <br />
