It is recognized that some of these claims will.be in odd amounts and that it would be inconvenient to make these warrants in such denominations as to permit payment to each claimant separately; and accordingly it is contemplated that at least some of tlID claims to be paid by these warrants ~ill be assigned to one or more per- sons or companies or to a bank by the respective claimants, so that payment can be made by the issuance of these warrants and at the same time keep tile warrants 1n even 'nil,OOO.OO denomination.
