<br />CAMItS, DEFINING CERTAIN TERMS, PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLA.-
<br />TION OF THIS ORDINANCE, CONTAINIlfG A SAVING CLAUSE, REPEALING ALL
<br />FOlHER ORDINANCES IN COIFLICT HEREWITH, ENACTING THE NECESSARY
<br />PROVISIONS INCIDENT TO THE OBJEX)T AND PURPOSE OF THIS ORDINANCE
<br />AND DBCLARING AN EMERGENCY.

<br />SectioD 1. Whenever used in this Ordinanoe, unless a
<br />d1fterent meaning appears trom the context:
