AUTHORIZING,THE ISSUANOE OF 112.000 <br />CITY OF LA PORTE SEWER REFUNDING BONDS t BEAR- <br />ING INTEREST AT THE RATE OF 4% PER ANNUM FOR <br />THE PURPOSE OF REFUNDING 112.000.00 aITY OF <br />LA PORTE SEWER WARRANTS. DATED MAY 10, 1943; <br />PRESCRIBING THE FORM OF SUOR REFUNDING BONDS; <br />PROVIDING THAT' THE HOLDERS OF THE REFUNDING <br />BONIS SHALL BE SUBROGATED TO ALL THE RIGHTS <br />HELD BY THE HOLDERS OF THE ORIGINAL WARRANTS <br />REFUNDED THEREBY.
