AUTHORIZING,THE ISSUANOE OF 112.000 CITY OF LA PORTE SEWER REFUNDING BONDS t BEAR- ING INTEREST AT THE RATE OF 4% PER ANNUM FOR THE PURPOSE OF REFUNDING 112.000.00 aITY OF LA PORTE SEWER WARRANTS. DATED MAY 10, 1943; PRESCRIBING THE FORM OF SUOR REFUNDING BONDS; PROVIDING THAT' THE HOLDERS OF THE REFUNDING BONIS SHALL BE SUBROGATED TO ALL THE RIGHTS HELD BY THE HOLDERS OF THE ORIGINAL WARRANTS REFUNDED THEREBY. PROVIDING FOR THE LEVY. ASSESSMENT AND OOLLEOTION OF TAXES ON ALL.
