K. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />:i'3LlY, Sngineer, for engineering fJervices in connection v,iti! these <br /> <br />improvem.ents, also that the City will be indebted to C. D. J:.3SSUP, <br /> <br />Attorney, for legal services in connection 1.'!ith said i.rnprove.rrents, <br /> <br />and that these items should be paid with a portion of the '!larrants <br />hereinafter authorized. <br />
