<br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />-11- <br />(0) No boiler or electric lighting generator shall be <br />placed or remain nearer than one hundred fifty (150) feet to any <br />producing well or oil tank. <br />(p) Any rubbish or debris that might constitute a fire <br />hazard shall be removed to a distance of at least one hundred <br />(100) feet from the vicinity of wells, tanks and pump stations. <br />All waste shall be tiurned of disposed of 1n such manner as to a- <br />v'oid creating a fire hazard or poluting streams or fresh water <br />strata. <br /> <br />(q) All well heads, pits and tank batteries shall be <br />B.dequately protected with "man-proof II fencing. <br />Section 13. Any violation of any of the terms of this <br />Ordinance, whether herein denominated as unlawful or not, shall <br />be deemed a misdemeanor; and any person convicted of any such vio- <br />lation shall be fined in the sum not exceeding One Hundred Dollars <br />($100.00); and any natural person so convicted shall be com~itted <br />to jail until such fine and the costs are paid. Each day of the <br />continuance of such violation shall be considered a sepal"'ate of- <br />fense and be punished separately; and any person, agent or employ- <br />ee engaged in any such violation shall on conviction be so p'lUlish- <br />ed therefor. <br />Section 140 Any and all Ordinances of the City which are <br />in conflict with any of the terms of this Ordinance be and the sam <br />are to the extent of the conflict hereby rcpealedo <br />Section 15. If any part of this Ordinance or any require- <br />ment thereunder shall be held by a court of competent jurisdiction <br />such invalidity shall not affect the validity of any other part <br />or other requirement herein. <br />Section l6.
