. ----------.------ . ,~\ e" WHEREAS, heretofore, the Mayor of the City of La Porte prepared and submitted to the Board of Commissioners, at its meet- ing held on November 18, 1947, his proposed budget for the fiscal year, July 1, 1947 to June 30, 1948; and, WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners filed such proposed 'budget wit!l the Clerk of the City on the 12th day of November, 1947, and designated that a public hearing on such budget be held at the City Hall at 8:00 P. M. on December 1, 1947, and caused public notice of such hearing to be made; and, e WHEREAS, such public hearing has been held, it is there- fore, ordered by the Board of Commissioners that the budget, as prepared and submitted by the Mayor, is hereby finally approved by the Board of Commissioners and it is hereby ordered that a true copy of such approved budget, together with a copy ~f this order, shall be filed in each of the offices of the Clerk of the City of La Porte, the Countu Clerk of Harris County, Texas, and the State Comptroller at Austin, Texas. .....---...... , CE-=:tT I.F'ICATE STATE OF TEXAS I I COUNTY OF HARRIS I " / I, J.
