II election to be held in April, 1948, shall receive as his compensa-; I I I tion during his term of office, the sum of Twelve Hundred Dollars ; II ($1,200.00) per year, to be paid in monthly installments in the su~ II of One Hundred Dollars ($lOO.OO) each.
