BROWN, JR., IN PAYMENT OF CONTRACT. \~REAS, the City Commission of the City of La Porte, Texas, has heretofore entered into a contract vith Ernest L. Brown, Jr..I_p! Houston, Texas, in connection yj,th the issuance by saiu City of La Porte of its Waterworks and Seuer System Revenue Bonds, Series'1948j and HHEREAS, said Ernest L. Brmm, Jr., has c8.rr:ted out all of the te1'MS of said contract and is now entitled to the payment of his fee under said contract; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMl\USSION OF THE CITY CF LA PORTE, TEXAS: ---.... -
