''-..., electriciansj <br />. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF LA PORTE, TEXAS. <br /> <br />Section One. Anyone holding a master electrician1s license issued <br /> <br />by the City of La Porte, may apply to the City Secretary of the <br />City of La Porte, at any time prior to the expiration date of the <br /> <br />license so held, for the issuance of an inactive master electrician's <br /> <br />license. <br /> <br />Section Two. The City Secretary shall immediately proceed to his <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />'-- <br /> <br />records and shall determine whether or not such license has expired <br />and that if upon examination, City Secretary determines that said <br />license is in full force and effect,he shall, upon the payment by <br />the said applicant of the sum of $5.00, issue unto said applicant <br /> <br />",...---..... <br />/ <br /> <br />a regular master electrician1s permit containing thereon the word <br /> <br />"inactive" . <br /> <br />Section Three. Said permit shall begin on the 1st day of January, <br /> <br />of the year in l'fh-ich-issued and shall expire on the last day of <br />December of the year in which issued. <br /> <br />Section Four. ~e holder of such permit, bearing thereon the <br /> <br />word Ilinactive" shall be treated as one forbidden byllSection Two" <br /> <br />of the original Ordinance No. 363, to perform work or servic$as <br />/---~, prescribed therein as a licensed master electrician. <br />.
