<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Ordinance No. <br /> <br />, Page 5. <br /> <br />(51) Rental shops, except that there shall <br />be no rental of heavy trucks or heavy <br />construction equipment in connection <br />therewith. <br /> <br />(52) Restaurants, cafeterias, and drive-in <br />restaurants; provided, that no drive-in <br />restaurant shall be located closer than <br />one hundred (100) feet to any residential <br />district boundary. <br /> <br />(53) Retail food outlets, and supermarkets. <br /> <br />(54) Rubber stamp manufacturing. <br /> <br />(55) Signs (advertising) used in connection <br />with and on the same lot as the business <br />establishments to which they refer, except <br />that they shall not be placed within any <br />required yard not within twenty-five (25) <br />feet of any residential district boundary. <br /> <br />(56) Theaters, but not drive-in theaters. <br /> <br />(57) Upholstering shop, not involving furniture <br />manufacturing. <br /> <br />(58) Variety stores. <br /> <br />(59) Veterinarian or animal hospital provided <br />that no such building, kennel or exercise <br />runway shall be closer than fifty (50) <br />feet to any residential district boundary. <br /> <br />(60) Wearing apparel outlets. <br /> <br />(61) Uses similar to the above mentioned <br />permitted uses, provided the activities <br />conducted observe the requirements of <br />all city ordinances. <br /> <br />(62) Uses customarily accessory to the <br />preceding principal uses. <br /> <br />(63) Those uses as may be permitted by <br />Article Eleven, Special Permits. <br /> <br />Section 3. Section 13-404 (4) (c) of the Zoning Ordinance <br /> <br />of the City of La Porte, Texas, is hereby amended to read as <br /> <br />follows, to-wit: <br />
