<br />.' <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />\.. <br /> <br />~--~ <br /> <br />.' <br /> <br />'= <br /> <br />SECTION THREE: Permit herein provided for shall automatically <br /> <br />terminate within thirty days from and after its issuance unless extended or <br /> <br />renewed by further application to the City. <br />SECTION FOUR: The City shall examine the application and <br />bond of the applicant and if it is satisfied that same is in order and that <br /> <br />the surety signing the bond is good and sufficient, it shall issue to the <br />applicant a permit to demolish the house, building or other structure desig- <br />nated thereon. The permit shall be personal to the applicant and not trans- <br /> <br />ferable. Each permit shall be issued in duplicate and one copy posted on the <br /> <br />scene of the demolishing job. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />....... <br /> <br />SECTION FIVE: Vfuenever a permittee has completed the work, he <br /> <br />shall promptly notify the office of the City and the proper officer thereof shall <br /> <br />cause an inspection to be made of the premises to determine that no damage has <br /> <br />been done to public property and that the premises have been left in such con- <br /> <br />dition as not to constitute any conditions detrimental to the public welfare. <br /> <br />If the inspector finds that the permittee has not complied with this Ordinance <br /> <br />in ever,y respect, he shall notify the permittee of the violation and the per- <br /> <br />mittee shall then, within two days of the date of such notification, begin the <br /> <br />work necessary to comply with this Ordinance, ,which work shall be done under <br />the supervision of and to the entire and complete satisfaction of the City <br />'---.. Inspector.
