<br />99-31 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Section 2. The portion of the PICM relating to drainage criteria and <br />improvements, as set forth on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, is hereby adopted by the City <br />Council of the City of La Porte. <br />Section 3. The City Council officially finds, determines, recites and declares <br />that a sufficient written notice of the date, hour, place and subject of this meeting of the <br />City Council is posted at a place convenient to the public at the City Hall of the city for <br />the time required by law preceding this meeting, as required by the Chapter 551, Tx. <br />Gov't Code; and that this meeting has been open to the public as required by law at all <br />times during which this ordinance and the subject matter thereof has been discussed, <br />considered and formally acted upon. The City Council further ratifies, approves and <br />confirms such written notice and the contents and posting thereof. <br />Section 4. In the event any clause, phrase, provision, sentence, or part of this <br />Resolution or the application of the same to any person or circumstance shall for any <br />reason be adjudged invalid or held unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, <br />it shall not affect, impair, or invalidate this ordinance as a whole or any part or provision <br />hereof other than the part declared to be invalid or unconstitutional; and the City <br />Council of the City of La Porte, Texas, declares that it would have passed each and <br />every part of the same notwithstanding the omission of any such part thus declared to <br />be invalid or unconstitutional, whether there be one or more parts. <br />Section 5. This Resolution shall become effective after its passage and <br />approval. <br />
