RE- <br />PEALING ALL ORDI:ANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, AND SAVING <br />CLAUSE.' ~ <br /> <br />BE IT mDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF TilE CITY OF LA PORTE. TEXAS. <br /> <br />THAT : <br /> <br />Section'l. Any 'person arrested for violation of any ordinance of the <br />CitYJ or for theiviolation of any law of which .the Corporation Court has juris- <br />'I ' <br /> <br />dictionr may be ~dmitted to bail ,uport executing a bondr payable to the CitYr <br />with sufficient ~ecurity lobe approved by tbe Judge' of the Corporation Court <br />or the Chief of Polio:e, o'r a cash hond in an amount to be determined by the <br />Judge of the Corporation Court or the Chief of' Policer conditioned that he will <br />appear upon, the day,. and at an hour therein namedr before the Corporation Courtr <br />to ans~erfor th~ violation of the ordinance or law of which he is accused, and <br />, there to wait at-his,trialr and shall appear from day to day and from time to <br />time until the c~~e is'finally disposed of.
