PURPOSE OF THIS ORDINANCE.. . <br /> <br />-=- <br /> <br />---------~----~---------------------------------------- <br /> <br />-~ <br />, <br />I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of La Porte, Texas" <br />deems it necessary and advisable to issue the bonds of said City <br />in the amounts and .forthe purposes hereinafter stated; <br /> <br />I <br />/ <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LA <br />PORTE: <br /> <br />-=-/ <br /> <br />-~.' <br /> <br />SECTION 1.
