<br />domain to acquire the fee simple title to the hereinafter described
<br />
<br />real property, for public park purposes, to wit:
<br />
<br />All of Blocks l2l4, 1220, 1223, 1224, l225, l248, l249, l250,
<br />1262, 1263, l264, 1265, 1266, 1435, l436, l443, 1447, l448,
<br />1449, l450, in Town of La Porte, in Harris County, Texas, ac-
<br />cording to the map thereof recorded in Volumes 60, Page ll2, of
<br />the Deed Records of Harris County, Texas.

<br />That certain l4.89 acre tract of land, in the Town of La Porte,
<br />Harris County, Texas, according to the map or plat thereof, des-
<br />cribed by metes and bounds on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, in-
<br />corporated by reference herein and made a part hereof for all
<br />purposes.
<br />
<br />Section 2. The City Council officially
<br />
<br />finds,
<br />
<br />determines,
<br />
<br />recites and declares that a sufficient written notice of the date,
<br />
<br />hour, place and subject of this meeting of the City Council was
<br />
<br />posted at a place convenient to the public at the City Hall of the
<br />
<br />City for the time required by law preceding this meeting, as required
<br />by the Open Meetings Law, Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statu-
<br />
<br />tes Annotated; and that this meeting has been open to the public as
<br />
<br />required by law at all times during which this ordinance and the
<br />
<br />subject matter thereof has been discussed, considered and formally
<br />
<br />acted upon. The City Council further ratifies, approves and confirms
<br />
<br />such written notice and the contents and posting thereof.
<br />
<br />PASSED AND APPROVED this the l3th day of January, 1986.
