Boyle, Civilian Defense Director for the City 01 La Porte, Texas, be, and he is hereby, authorized and instructed tn make, execute and deliver a request, or requests, fnr Donable Government Surplus Personal Prnper y fnr Civil Defense as in his exclusive judgment and discretion is necessary for Civil Defense of the City of La Pnrtes Texas; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of La Porte will be responsi- ble for reimbursing the Texas Surplus Property Agency for the cnst of acquirin and handling the property and material received by the City of La Pnrte; the maximum charge will be seven per cent.
