(1) The date of the examination of the records. <br />(2) A legal description of the property proposed to be developed including a metes and bounds <br />description of the boundaries of said land. <br />(3) The name of the recorded owner of fee simple title as of the date of the examination of the <br />records, together with the recording information or the instruments whereby such owner acquired <br />fee simple title. <br />(4) The names of all lienholders together with the recording information and date of the instruments <br />by which such lienholders acquires their interests. <br />(5) A description of the type and boundaries of all easements and fee strips not owned by the <br />developer of the property in question together with the recording information and date of the <br />instruments whereby the owner of such easements or fee strips acquired their title. <br />(6) A statement certifying that no delinquent city or county taxes are due on the property being <br />platted. <br />Sec. 86-16. Engineering and construction standards for subdivisions. <br />(a) Streets and alleys. <br />(1) All streets shall be reinforced concrete pavement on a compacted subgrade. Concrete pavement <br />shall be provided with either an integral curb poured with the pavement or a separate curb <br />constructed on top as required by the PICM and subject to the approval of the Director. <br />(2) Pavement design shall conform to the PICM. <br />(3) Curb and combination curb shall be constructed of reinforced concrete. Cross section and slopes <br />shall conform to the PICM. <br />(4) All concrete shall be designed and controlled by a competent laboratory as required by the <br />PICM. <br />(b) Drainage and storm sewer. <br />(1) Adequate drainage shall be provided within the limits of the subdivision as to reduce the <br />community's exposure to flood hazards with respect to adjacent, upstream and downstream <br />developments. (See also Chapter 94 "Floods" of the Code of Ordinances of the City of La Porte for <br />additional requirements.) Adequate drainage shall be provided within the limits of the subdivision <br />and/or development. The protection of adjoining property shall be accounted for in design of the <br />system in conformance with the PICM, and shall be subject to the approval of the Director. The <br />design and sizing of the system shall be in conformance with the PICM, and subject to the approval <br />of the Harris County Flood Control District and the Director. <br />29 <br />Thursday, June 09, 2016 <br />
