<br /> BE IT OP~DAINED BY THE CITY CO[vIMISSION OF THE CITY OF LA PORTS, TEXAS, THAT:
<br />~ Section 1. There is hereby levied and shall be assessed and collected
<br /> for the year 1958, on all the taxable property in the City of La Porte, Texas,
<br /> on the 1st day of January of the year 1958, an ad valorem tax of, and at the
<br /> rate of, One and '75/100 Dollars ($1.75) an each One Hundred Dollars ($10u.00)

<br />the necessary sinking fund for, the One Hundred Forty-Eight Thousand Dollars
