• <br />• <br />Section 2: That the City Commission finds that the probable period. <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />of usefulness of each of said capital projects described respectively <br />in said foregoing propositions is approximately thirty (30) years. <br />Section 3: That said election shall be held in the City Hall Build- <br />ing, in the City of La Porte, Texas, and the entire City shall consti- <br />tute one election precinct. The following named persons are hereby <br />appointed officers of said election: <br />Mrs. H. M. Ralston <br />Mrs. Otis Harrison <br />Mrs. Calvin Compton <br />Presiding Judge <br />Assistant Judge <br />Clerk <br />Mrs. Rex Baker <br />Clerk <br />Section 4: That said election shall be held in accordance with the <br />provisions of the Constitution and laws of the State of Texas and <br />the City Charter and only duly qualified resident electors of the <br />City of La Porte, Texas, who own taxable property within said City <br />and who have duly rendered the same for taxation, shall be qualified <br />to vote. <br />Section 5: That the ballots of said election shall conform to the <br />requirements of Chapter 6 of the Election Code of the State of Texas, <br />Chapter 4g2, Acts of the 52nd Legislature of Texas, 1951, as amended, <br />so far as applicable, and, in addition to the requirements of Chapter <br />6 shall have printed thereon the following: <br />OFFICIAL BALLOT <br />PROPOSITION N0. ONE <br />FOR <br />AGAINST <br />THE ISSUANCE OF X45,000 FIRE STATION BONDS <br />PROPOSITION NO. TWO <br />FOR <br />AGAINST <br />THE ISSUANCE OF $15,000 CITY HALL IMPROVEMENT BONDS <br />PROPOSITION NO. THREE <br />FOR AGAINST <br />THE ISSUANCE OF $355,000 STREET IMPROVEMENT BONDS <br />
