<br />Section 12. Any vehicle aooroaching North 4th Street
<br />
<br />traveling West on West ~adison Street shall come to a comolete stoo
<br />
<br />before entering the intersection of North 4th Street and West Kadison
<br />
<br />Street and shall not proceed onto or across North 4th Street unless
<br />
<br />and until it 1s clear to the ooerator of the vehicle so stoopeo that
<br />
<br />there 1s no other vehicle aporoaching the intersection of North 4th
<br />
<br />Street at West ~adison Street within a distance of 200 feet.
<br />
<br />Section 13. Any vehicle approaching North 4th Street
<br />
<br />traveling East on West Madison Street shall come to a complete stop
<br />
<br />before entering the intersection of North 4th Street and West ;~adison
<br />
<br />Street and shall not proceed onto or across North 4th Street unless
<br />
<br />and until it is clear to thB operator at the vehicle so stopoed that
<br />
<br />there is no other vehicle approaching the intersection of North 4th
<br />
<br />Street at West Madison Street within a distance of 200 teet.
<br />
<br />Section 14. Any oerson ooerating a vehicle who fails to
<br />
<br />bring said vehicle to a complete stop at a point heretofore designated
<br />
<br />as a stop before entering an intersection shall be guilty of fai1inE
<br />to stoo and shall be fined not less than $10.00 nor Tore than $200.00.
<br />
<br />Section 15. Any person oDeratin~ a vehicle from a point
<br />
<br />heretofore designated as a stop, who proceeds into the intersection
<br />
<br />and at the time of entry onto the intersecting street, there is in
<br />~ fact another vehicle approaching said intersection within a distance
<br />of less than 200 feet shall be guilty of negligently operating said
<br />vehicle and shall be fined not less than ~10.00 nor more than $200.00.
