Any person ooeratinE a vehicle from a point heretofore desi~nated as a stop, who proceeds into the inter- section and at the time of entry onto the intersecting street, there is in fact another vehicle a??roachinE' said intersection within a distance of less than 200 feet shall be cuilty of neclicently operating said vehicle and shall be fined not less than 310.00 nor more than ~200.00. Section 22. Any gerson operating a vehicle from a point Jeretofore desicnateo as a stop, who ~roceed8 into the inter- section and his vehicle is involved in a collision, whether his vehicle is struck or is the strikinE vehicle, within the intersection or within 50 feet thereof shall be guilty of nefliEent collision ana shall be fined not less than ~lO.OO nor more than *200.00. Section 23. chould any section of this ordinance con- flict with any ordinance heretofore adopted by the city Commission of the City of La Forte, the terms and nrovisions of this ordinance shall prevail and such conflictinf oortions of the prior ordinance are h ere by re pea led. Section 24.
