Section 19. Should any section of this ordinance con- flict with any ordinance her~tofore adopted by the City Commission of the City of La Porte, the terms and provisions of this ordinance shall prevail and such conflictin~ portions of the orior ordinance are hereby repea led. Section 20. This ordinance shall become effective and be in force fro~ and after its passage, aoproval and publication, as required by law. .
