Temporary buildings to be used for construction pur- <br />poses only and which shall be removed upon completion <br />or abandonment of construction work. Field offices for <br />the sale of real estate which shall be removed upon <br />request of theBuilding Inspector. <br />8. Bulletin BOArds and signs, illuminated or otherwise, <br />but not of the flashing or intermittent type, for <br />churches an1 schools, but not exceeding twelve (12) <br />square feet in area when attached to the building or <br />when erected 1n the front yard behind a building line. <br />Temporary signs pertaining to the sale or rental of <br />property and not exceeding twelve (12) square feet <br />in area are permitted behind the building line, but <br />shall be removed by the agent or owner immediately <br />upon the sale or rental of the premises; provided, how- <br />ever, that no signs advertising the sale or lease of <br />any premises shall advertise the premises for a pur- <br />pose for which it is not legally zoned. One larger <br />sign announcing or describing a legally approved <br />subdivision or development may be temporarily erected <br />on each approved plat or development; provided, how- <br />ever, that such sign shall not exceed two hundred (200) <br />square feet in area; provided, however, that the loca- <br />tion of such sign be approved by the BUilding Inspec- <br />tor; that it shall be placed so as not to interfere <br />with the occupancy or use of any lots in the subdivision <br />and that it shall be removed upon tte completion or sale <br />of eighty-five (85%) of the lots or dwellings in the <br />subdivision. <br /> <br />25 <br />
