Trailers. The parking of house trailers will not be per- <br />mitted in "D' single-Family Dwelling District. <br />3. Fences. Front yard fences will not be permitted, rear or <br />back yard fences will be permitted; provid1ng, however, <br />that they are constructed of wood or of galvanized chain <br />link, and providing, that the height does not exceed six <br />(6) feet. <br />4. Building, Remodeling and/or Addition to Existing Building <br />or Buildings, Permits. Expiration date of all permits for <br />building (new construction), remodeling and/or addition to <br />existing buildings shall be one year from date of issuance. <br />5. Temporary Buildings and/or Trailers. (Used for construc- <br />tion purposes only) shall be removed upon completion or <br />abandonment of construction work. Temporary buildings <br />and/or Trailers shall not be used as a place of residence. <br />6. Field Offices and/or Trailers. (Used for the sale of <br />real estate only) shall be removed upon request of Build- <br />ing Inspector. Field Offices and/or Trailers shall not <br />be used as a place of residence. <br />7. Non-Conforming Uses. Where a non-conforming use such as <br />a business, where services are rendered or merchan- <br />dise is sold, in the building proper, attached gar- <br />age, accessory building, hobby shop, and/or any <br />building in liD" Single-Family Dwelling District, is in <br />operation prior to the date of the passage of this <br />zoning ordinance, it will be permitted to operate at <br />the SBme scale; provided, however, that once the busi- <br />ness has ceased to operate on the ssme scale and/or <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />27 <br />
