Bulletin Boards and signs, illuminated or otherwise, <br />but not of the flashing or intermittent type, for <br />churches and school, but not exceeding twelve (12) <br />square feet in area when attached to the building <br />or when erected in the front yard behind a building <br />line. Temporary signs pertaining to the sale or <br />rental of property and not exceeding twelve (12) <br />square feet in area are permitted behind the build- <br />ing line, but shall be removed by the agent or owner <br />immediately upon the sale or rental of the premisesj <br />provided, however, that no signs advertising the <br />sale or lease of any premises shall advertise the <br />premises for a purpose for which it is not legally <br />zoned. One larger sign announcing or describing a <br />legally approved subdivision or development may be <br />temporarily erected on each approved plat or develop- <br />mentj provided, however, that such sign shall not <br />exceed two hundred (200) square feet in areaj <br />provided, however, that the location of such sign <br />be approved by the Building Inspectorj that it shall <br />be placed so as not to interfere with the occupancy <br />or use of any lots in the subdivision and that it <br />shall be removed upon the completion of sale of <br />eighty-five (85%) per cent of the lots or dwellings <br />in the subdivision. <br /> <br />Section 2. Specifications. In II A" Single-Family <br />Dwelling District there shall be a living area of not less than <br />fifteen-hundred (1500) square feet; and thirty-five (35%) of the <br />front of the building shall be of masonry trim. <br />Section 3. Height Regulations. No building shall <br />exceed two (2) standard stories in height. <br /> <br />7 <br />
