<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />(,;a 7 <br />I <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE RESULTS OF THE REGULAR ELECTION, <br />HELD IN THE CITY OF LA PORTE ON THE FOURTH TUESDAY IN APRIL, <br />1961. <br /> <br />\ffiEREAS, the special meeting, held on the 1st day of <br />May, 1961, the City Commission of the City of La Porte, can- <br /> <br />vas sed the votes and returns of the regular City Election, <br /> <br />held on the 4th Tuesday in April, 1961, and declared the re- <br /> <br />sults of the election to be as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />For the office of Commissioner - <br /> <br />Position Number 1 - Dennis Dunham, <br /> <br />3/t votes; <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Position Number 3 - Odell Brown, <br />Charlie rilartin, <br /> <br />2"9 votes; <br />/.3.5" votes; <br /> <br />1,mEREAS, the City Commission declared Dennis Dunham <br /> <br />elected to the office of Commissioner of the City of La Porte, <br /> <br />Position Number 1, the City Commission declared Odell L. Brown <br /> <br />elected to the office of Commissioner of the City of La Porte, <br /> <br />Position Number 3, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CO~~ISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF LA PORTE: <br /> <br />Dennis Dunham is elected to the office of City Commissioner, <br /> <br />Position Number 1, and in accordance with the provisions of the <br /> <br />.
