Bonds Nos. 41 to 55, both inclusive, 3-1/2%, and <br />"'.- <br /> Bonds Nos. 56 to 68, both inclusive, 3-3/4%, <br /> interest payable September 15, 1962, and semi-annually thereafter <br /> on March 15th and September 15th of each year until the principal <br /> sum is paid. <br /> <br />3.02 - MODE OF PAYMENT AND BANK OF PAYMENT: That both principal of <br /> <br />and interest on said bonds shall be payable in any coin or currency <br /> <br />which, on the respective dates of payment of such principal and in- <br /> <br />."'---- terest, 1s legal tender for payment of debts due the United States <br /> <br />~ of America, at The First City National Bank of Houston, Houston, <br /> <br />"_./ <br /> <br />Texas, without exchange or collection charges to the owners of the <br /> <br />bonds and/or interest coupons.
