On moving and re-locating of electrical equipment authorized to be done by a maintenance electrician and a master electrician for which a permit fee is not otherwise provided for in this section, the minimum inspection fee shall apply. No fee shall be charged for routine re-inspections of electrical in- stallations. Any words, phrases and paragraphs heretofore published that conflict with the 'terms of this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
