<br />. . <br /> <br />~ ORDINANCE NO. 664-D <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING THREE MEMBERS TO THE ELECTRICAL <br />BOARD OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE, AS PROVIDED BY SECTION <br />ONE, ORDINANCE NO'- 664 OF THE CITY ,OF LA PORTE. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF LA PORTE, TEXAS: <br /> <br />Section 1. EARL D. GRAVES, an electrical e~gineer in <br />the employ of Houston L~ghti~g & Power Company, is hereby <br />appointed to Position No. 1 on the Electrical Board of the <br /> <br />City of La Porte. H. P. PFEIFFER, a member of the Board of <br /> <br />.' <br /> <br />Commissioners of the City of La Porte, Texas, is hereby appointed <br /> <br />to Position No. 2 on the Electrical Board of the City of La Porte. <br /> <br />H. CARLOS SMITH, the City Superintendent of Public Works of the <br /> <br />City.',Q,f. La Porte, is hereby appointed to Position No. 3 on the <br /> <br />Electrical Board of the City of ,La Porte. <br /> <br />Section 2. Each of said members'of the Electrical <br /> <br />Board of the City of La Porte shall serve until May 1, ,1967~ or <br /> <br />until their successors ,have been appointed and qualified. Any <br /> <br />member of the Board shall be subject to removal at the will and <br /> <br />pleasure of the City Commission of the City of La Porte. The mem- <br /> <br />bers of the Board shall not receive compensation for their services. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Section 3.
