. ORDINANCE NO. 684 ..' . AN ORDINANCE MAKING APPROPRIA nONS FOR SUPPORT OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE, TEXAS, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 1963, AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1964. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE, TEXAS: Section 1. That for the purposes of providing a budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1963, and ending June 30, 1964, the sums set forth below be, and the same are hereby, appropriated for the maintenance, operation and improvement Of the Government of the City of La Porte, and .-- the same shall be strictly applied for the several purposes and in the respective amounts hereinafter specified. Section 2. That the amounts appropriated and the purposes for which the same shall be spent as follows: .- Administrative Department Shop Expenses Streets Department Police Department Fire Department Civil Defense Department Health and Sanitation Department Recreation Department Swimming Pool Department Airport Department Debt Service (not bonded) Water Department Sewer Department Water and Sewer Bond Service $ 68, 456. 00 6,862.00 53, 730.00 53,300.00 24,675.00 500.00 48,125.00 5,500.00 3,859.00 4,225.00 95,705.00 53,745.00 23,303.00 30,000.00 Section 3.
