Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not less than $10.00 nor more than $200. Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on the 11th day after the first of 2 consecutive publications of the caption hereof in the official newspaper of the City of La,Porte.
