All the territory lying within the limits described as follows, to-wit: BEGINNING at a point on the present City Limit line of the City of La Porte, at the intersection of the North bank of 'Little Cedar Creek and the West right-of-way line of State Highway 146 (also known as South Broadway Street) ; THENCE in a Southerly.direction along the West right-of- way line of said State Highway 146 to a point five (5) feet North of the Intersection of the West right-of-way line of said State Highway 146 and the North boundary line of that portion of Shoreacres Subdivision lying West of said State Highway 146, according to the map or plat of said Shoreacres Subdivision recorded in Volume 7, Pages 10 and 11, of the Map Records of Harris County, Texas; THENCE in an Easterly direction along an imaginary line, parallel to and five (5) feet North of an Easterly projec~ tion of the North boundary line of that portion of Shoreacres Subdivision lying West of said State Highway 146, a distance of five (5) feet to a point for corner; THENCE in a Southerly direction along an imaginary line, parallel to and five (5) feet East of the West right-of- way line of said State Highway 146 to a point for corner five (5) feet North of a Westerly projection of the North boundary line of that portion of Shoreacres Subdivision lying East of said State Highway 146; THENCE in an Easterly direction along an imaginary line five (5) feet North of and parallel to,the North boundary line, and a Westerly projection thereof, of that portion of Shoreacres Subdivision lying East of said State High- way 146, to a point. for corner five" (5) feet West of the intersection of the said imaginary line and the shoreline of Galveston Bay; THENCE in a Northwesterly, Northerly and Northeasterly direction along an imaginary line five (5) feet West of and parallel to and following the meanders of the shore- line of Galveston Bay, to the intersection of said imaginary line and the South bank of Little Cedar Creek; , THENCE in a Northerly direction across Little Cedar Creek to a point on the North bank of Little Cedar Creek, located a distance of five (5) feet in a Westerly direction from the intersection of the North bank of Little Cedar Creek and the shoreline of Galveston Bay;
