~ . . . . .' . -13- THENCE in an Easterly direction following the meanders of the North bank of Little Cedar Creek to the inter- section of the North bank of Little Cedar Creek and the West right-of-way line Of State Higpway 146, same being the place of beginning hereof; and Section 9. All of the territory lying within the limits described as follows, to-wit: BEGINNING at the intersection of Little Cedar Creek and the East right-orway line of State Highway 146 (also known as South Broadway Street), said point being in one (1) of the present City Limit lines of the City of La Porte, Texas; THENCE in a Southerly direction along the East right-of- way line, of said State Highway 146 to the intersection of said East right-of-way line of said State Highway 146 and the North boundary line crthat portion of Shoreacres Subdivision lying East of said State Highway 146, accor- ding to the map or plat of said Subdivision recorded in Volume 7, Pages 10 and 11, of the Map Records of Harris County, Texas, for a point for corner; THENCE in an Easter'ly direction along the North boundary line of that portion of Shoreacres Subdivision lying East of said State Highway 146 a distance of five (5) feet to a point for corner; THENCE in a Norther'ly direction along an imaginary line five (5) feet East of and parallel ,to the East right-of- way line of said State Highway 146 to the intersection of said imaginary line and the North bank of Little Cedar Creek; THENCE in a Westerly direction along and following the meanders of the North bank of Little Cedar Creek a dis- tance of five (5) feet, more or less, to the place of beginning hereof.
