<br />.' <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The installation of the approved improvements shall <br />be under the inspection of the City Engineer or his <br />representative and the City Engineer shall approve the <br />installation as being in accordance with the approved <br />plans and specifications before the City Commission <br />will accept the subdivision or the improvements. <br />SECTION 8. REIMBURSEMENT FOR IMPROVEMENTS. <br />8.01 All improvements required in a subdivision will be in- <br />stalled at developer's cost, unless otherwise provided. <br />The cost of utilities and/or streets which are required <br />by the City to be larger than would normally be needed <br />to serve the proposed addition will be partially reim- <br />bursed. The reimbursible amount will be the difference <br />between the cost of the facilities that would be adequate <br />to serve the addition and the cost of the facilities re- <br />quired by the City. A reimbursement contract will be <br />negotiated between the City Commission and the develo- <br />per. <br />AS BUILT PLANS. <br /> <br />SECTION 9. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />SECTION 10. <br /> <br />The Engineer representing the subdivider must present <br />to the City Engineer, reproducible complete "as built <br />plans" for all paving, drainage structures, water lines <br />and sewer lines within thirty (30) days after completion <br />of each contract. <br />FEES AND CHARGES. <br />The following schedule of fees and charges shall be <br />paid into the general fund of the City of La Porte when <br />any map or plat is tendered to the City Engineer, and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />22 <br />
