Curb and Gutter: Curb and combination curb and gutter <br />shall be constructed of reinforced concrete. Cross- <br />section and shapes shall conform to standards on file <br />with the City Engineer. <br />6. Sidewalks: Sidewalks shall be a minimum of.;.'four (4) <br />feet in width, and constructed of a minimum of four (4) <br />inches of Portland Cement Concrete reinforced with <br />l. te1' gauge 6 x 6 wire mesh. <br />7. Laboratory Control: All concrete shall be designed <br />and controlled by a competent laboratory. All subgrade <br />and soils control shall be under laboratory control. <br />Laboratory selection shall be made by the City Engi- <br />neer prior to commencement of work and shall be paid <br />by the developer. <br />11.02 ' ALLEYS. <br />1. Pavement Type: All alleys shall be concrete, con- <br />forming to standards for streets, except curb and <br />gutter shall not be required. <br />2. Pavement Width: A minimum paved width of ten <br />(10) feet shall be required for all alleys. <br />3. Drainage: Drainage shall be collected by swales <br />outside the edge of the pavement w"fu:ere~no concrete <br />gutter is provided.
