Round <br /> <br />tapered standards with bracket arms shall be used. <br /> <br />Lighting levels are recommended for very light traffic, <br /> <br />medium traffic on feeder streets, and heavy traffic on <br /> <br />thoroughfares. <br /> <br />PENAL TIES. <br /> <br />Any person violating this Ordinance or any portion <br /> <br />thereof shall upon conviction be guilty of a misdemeanor <br /> <br />and shall bei fined not less than $10. 00 nor more than <br /> <br />$200.00 and each day that such violation continues shall <br /> <br />constitute a separate offense and be punishable <br /> <br />accordingly. <br /> <br />CONFLICTING OR DIN AN CES. <br /> <br />All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here- <br /> <br />with are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> <br />If any section, sub-section, sentence, clause or phrase <br /> <br />of this Ordinance is for any reason held to be unconstitu- <br /> <br />tional, such unconstitutionality shall not affect the validity <br /> <br />of the remaining portions of this Ordinance. The Board of <br /> <br />Commissioners of the City of La Porte hereby declares <br /> <br />that it would have passed this Ordinance and each section, <br /> <br />sub-section, sentence, clause or phrase hereof, irre- <br /> <br />spective of the fact that anyone or more sections, <br /> <br />," . <br />~31 <br />
