Penalties. Any person violating this <br />Ordinance, or any portion thereof shall upon conviction be <br /> <br />guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than Ten <br /> <br />Dollars ($10.00) nor more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) and <br /> <br />each day .that such violation continues shall constitute a separate <br />offense and be punishable accordi~gly. <br />Section 4.
