Any person violating this Ordi- <br /> <br />nance or any portion thereof shall upon conviction be guilty of <br /> <br />a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than Ten Dollars <br /> <br />($10.00) nor more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) and each <br /> <br />day that such violation continues shall constitute a separate <br /> <br />offense and be punishable accordingly. <br />Section 4. This Ordinance shall be effective fourteen <br /> <br />(14) days after its passage and approval.
