<br />-I. <br /> <br />, ".... <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.......,.. ~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />'-. : <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />-6- <br /> <br />LESSOR the 'sum of Ninety-nine Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-two <br />Dollars ($99~942.00)~ which shall be payable in monthly install- <br /> <br />ments as follows: <br /> <br />The sum of Fou~ Hundred Sixteen Dollars and <br />Forty-three Cents ($416.43) shall be paid in <br />cash upon execution, of this lease; <br /> <br />The sum of Four Hundred Sixteen Dollars and <br />Forty-three Cents ($416.43) shall be paid monthly <br />in advance~ on the 1st day of February~ 1966~ and <br />thereafter on the first day of each and every <br />succeeding calendar month~ through and including <br />a monthly installment which shall be due and <br />payable on or before the 1st day of December~ 1985~ <br />each of which said monthly installments herein shall <br />be in the sum of Four Hundred Sixteen Dollars and <br />Forty-three Cents ($416.43). <br /> <br />In the event of the exercise by LESSEE of any of the <br />options he~ein provided~ the annual rental may be payable in <br />monthly installments as determined by apportionment of the annual <br />rental as provided for in Paragraph III and Paragraph VIII hereof~ <br />a.t LESSEE'S option. <br /> <br />X. <br /> <br />Failure to pay anyone or more installments of rent <br />when due, or within ten (10) days after the same shall become <br />due~ shall terminate this lease~ at the option of the LESSOR. <br /> <br />XI. <br /> <br />LESSEE shall have the right to sell or assign this <br /> <br />lease, or to sub-let the leased premises~ or any part thereof, <br />provided that LESS~E shall remain liable and responsible to <br />LESSOR for the payment of all rentals to become due under this <br />lease, and for the'performance of all of the terms~ conditions <br /> <br />and agreements herein contained. <br /> <br />XII. <br />LESSEE shall have the further right to erect any and <br />all buildings and structures on that portion of the airfield <br />hereinabove described as may be necessary for the conduct of its <br />business, provided that such buildings and structures do not <br />interfere with the operation of the field. <br />
