Any person, firm, partnership, corporation, <br /> <br />or association who violates any provision of this Ordinance, or <br /> <br />fails to comply with any such provision. shall be deemed. guilty <br /> <br />of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished <br /> <br />by a fine of not less than Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) nor more <br />e- than Two Hundred Dollars ($200..00). <br />Section 6. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in <br /> <br />._' <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />conflict herewith are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Section 7. If any section, par~graph, clause, or <br /> <br />sentence Shall be declared void and unenforceable or unconstitu- <br /> <br />tional, it is hereby declared to be the intention of the City <br /> <br />Commission that the remainder of such Ordinance shall remain in <br /> <br />full force and effect. <br /> <br />Section 8.
