Paragraph Number Five (5) of Section Five <br />(5) of Ordinance 759~,. ;is:., hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br />'!(5) No charge, other than meter and service installation <br /> <br />charges, will be made on reconnection for any cause (excepting <br /> <br />default in payment to City of charges made by it) against a parcel <br />or tract for which' the proper front foot or square foot charge has <br /> <br />once been paid, even tho~gh the reconnection be at a different <br /> <br />location or in a different street or alley; provided, however, <br /> <br />the cost of such reconnection, including but not limited to <br /> <br />such items as meter and service installation charges, shall be <br /> <br />at the sole cost and expense of the reconnecting property." <br /> <br />Section 2.
