<br />~ Thirty-seven (37), Beach Park Subdivision, Harris County, Texas,
<br />are hereby permanently vacated, abandoned and closed by the City
<br />
<br />of La Porte.

<br />Section ~. The closi~g of the hereinafter described

<br />portions of Leone, Olive, and Candace Streets shall be and is
<br />
<br />hereby made subject to the retention by the City of La Porte of
<br />
<br />an easement ten feet wide, being five feet on either side of an
<br />
<br />existi~g six-inch water line, as the course of such water line
<br />
<br />is hereinafter described, said easement for the construction,
<br />
<br />reconstruction and perpetual maintenance of said water line,
<br />

<br />together with all necessary laterals in, upon and across the
<br />
<br />hereinafter described property, together with the right and
<br />
<br />privil~ge of the City of La Porte, its successors and assigns,

<br />at any and' all times, to enter said premises, or any part thereof,

<br />for the purpose of constructing, reconstructing and maintaining
<br />
<br />said water line" and for making connections therewith, the

<br />course of said water line being described as follows, to-wit:

<br />BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of Lot Twenty-one
<br />(21), Block Thirty-seven (37), Beach Park, a subdivision
<br />in the City of La Porte, Texas, according to the map or
<br />plat thereof recorded in Volume 67, Page l48, of the
<br />Deed Records of Harris County, Texas,. said point also
<br />being 'on the Easterly r~ght-of-way line of Park Avenue;

<br />THENCE, South 260 West a distance of 48.l7 feet to the
<br />POINT ,OF BEGINNING of said six-inch water line easement;

<br />THENCE, following the meanders of said six-inch water line

<br />division, said water line easement, and the location of
<br />said water line, being more fully shown on a plat attached
<br />hereto as Exhibit "A", incorporated by reference herein,
<br />and made a part hereof for all purposes.
