<br />division, shown as the shaded area on the plat attached
<br />hereto as Exhibit "A", incorporated by reference herein,
<br />and made a part hereof for all purposes, and reference to
<br />which is here made for all purposes.

<br />Section 6. The hereinafter described portion of the

<br />County, ,Texas" is hereby permanently vacated, abandoned and

<br />closed by the City of La Porte, to-wit:

<br />of La Porte, ,Texas, as recorded in Volume 67, Page l48, of
<br />the Deed Records of Harris County, Texas, said point being
<br />on the Easterly r~ght-of-way line of Park Avenue; ,

<br />THENCE, S260W, a distance of l6 feet to the Northwest
<br />corner of Lot Twenty-one (2l), Block Thirty-seven (37),
<br />Beach Park Subdivision, said point also being on the Easterly
<br />r~ght-of-way line 9f Park Avenue; ,

<br />THENCE, following a curve to the left having a radius of
